And, my last blog post for a while. Not sure when I will return. But, WordPress is charging to blog it appears. So, for now, please visit my my instagram: swatters and my tumblr: That Window in Harlem until I figure this out. To those who have supported me here these past several years thank you. I love sharing my work/experiences.
So much to say and it has been a while for sure. I am not sure where my blog will go this year. But, for now, I want to share a portrait of a very good friend who always visits me from Amsterdam when I go to Paris. He just shows up and allows me to dress him or undress him for my camera: no questions and no fails. Photographing him was a great way to end my year. And, my sharing this image is a great way for me to start my year in photos. Thanks to everyone who reads/peruses/shares my blog. Happy New Year. And, thank you Stijn and Sarah.
These past few weeks have been nuts in mostly a positive way. However, I have been remiss again in keeping my blog up to date. So, I wanted to share some great new faces (and a few recognizable old schoolers) that I have seen of late. It has been a mix of agency and Instagram finds. So, I decided to not list the agency of the model. And, let you, the viewer, decide who might be an agency model versus an Instagram model that everyone thinks is fun to make fun of or put down. We all start from some place. But,for my taste, just show up with a great skin, decent body and a great personality (agency or not). I love shooting portraits, clothed or unclothed/fashion or no fashion . . . just be nice.
I spent two days shooting two of the brightest new stars on the fashion scene. Both are with Fusion Models here in NYC. Both are fresh to the scene and stunning in beauty and personality.
Fashionably Male, a great purveyor of all things in men’s fashion, posted 32 portraits of both Miles Montierth and Tres Wuerffel. Here are a few outtakes. But, please visit to see more. A pretty cool post. Follow of these on Instagram too.
